No camera!

We have been doing things! But I haven't blogged this week because the camera's broken and all our photos are on the card! (New one comes Thurs/Fri though - phew!).

So, to the week. Monday was the usual Monkey Music and also a quick visit to Jessica's new playschool - starting on Friday and I wanted to prepare her (and me) for the change. Tuesday - nothing much really. A dental appointment, a visit to a soft play place and then playing at home. Nana and "Pappy" came up to see us on Wednesday, had lunch, played and planned the new and improved ground floor of our house! No mean feat it has to be said - I'm way too picky! On Thursday we went to see MaxHarry et al, which was great fun too. Ate pizza for lunch and generally destructed Helen's house - still at least she's not 7 months pregnant. Oooppps!!!!! Then on Friday we had a visit from the Thurlby clan (- Andrew), where we played, ate, went stir-crazy and went to the park!

And the weekend? Saturday saw the usual housework and stuff, stuff. We had a short and sweet visit from Beck and Jason in the afternoon. Thankfully Jason is capable with a screwdriver and managed to succeed in attaching the bike pole (for attaching Jessica's bike to his when she gets tired...don't ask, pictures later will explain!), where Nicholas amazingly (and you won't believe me) failed! So thanks very much for that! Nick and I cooked an adult meal (post children's bedtime) and some wine etc. Very nice Nicholas, you can cook like that again! And Sunday was left to pretty much doss! Which had it's own merits! So there you have it.
